A very cozy atmosphere. You feel like you are in Bavaria and in the mountains. Also suitable for the whole family. Hearty and good German cuisine. There are enough parking spaces. To recommend.

Bavarian cosiness is a matter of taste. But the organization, the staff and the service quality are excellent. I also liked the food very much and there are not only Bavarian dishes. There are even vegetarian options. All in all a 5-star classic. Kind regards and thank you for the great service and the great evening. We'll be back soon anyway.

It was super delicious sehr and very cozy we were there at 1 p.m. and could eat a.la menu. Perfect, we were there for the first time and will definitely be back.

The ambience in the restaurant is excellent, the food delicious and visually great. Then we went to the "play barn" for children ... we didn't expect anything like that! Not only was it very dirty, but also dangerous! Much is broken and sharp-edged. The slide only hangs on a single screw, the banister lacks a lower border for children, power cables are lying around and tiles are missing or broken in the floor. Children should not walk on it without shoes! Really a shame, because the play area is advertised well and it pulls the restaurant down. Either you do something sensible or you let it stay.

We have already been there several times and are always thrilled by the ambience, the friendly and attentive staff and, above all, the great food. If you like it Bavarian, this is the place for you ?

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly. At the weekend there was burnt scrambled eggs with calcified, dirty glasses and cups. Generally we find that the price / performance ratio is no longer the same. We really enjoyed being there, now I don't know if we'll be back again. A pity

Service very friendly. The food is a matter of taste - in my opinion at least 4 dishes that I have tried so far are missing that certain something. It's OK, but not worth it for the price.

The food is very bad. The spare ribs were not hot or warm! We complained and after 5 minutes we got the plate with the spare ribs again! The food was only lukewarm now! The spare ribs didn't taste fresh either! As a further dish we had cheese spaetzle, which were hot but tasted like nothing. It was a mess made of spaetzle and tasteless cheese! We didn't finish everything and the food was still so heavy in the stomach afterwards that we felt sick! I would not recommend this restaurant

Was there for the second time yesterday. Unfortunately it was even worse than the first time. There were four of us at 4 p.m. because the Alm wasn't overcrowded, but we still had to wait an hour and a half for our food. And then it came cold and not as described in the menu. The steaks were lukewarm, so the butter wasn't melted but had to be lubricated. My knuckle burger was completely cold and without cheese. My complaint was taken up by the service staff, nothing happened. Not even the manager came by to ask. When I left I spoke to the manager and was a bit surprised by his attitude / response. "Yes, I heard something. Help me. Can't say anything. Would you like some coffee?" One expects a little more service from a restaurant that belongs to the upper class. We will not recommend the Alm to friends.

I liked it very much there I was from Gütersloh. The staff was very friendly and assigned me a seat. It was funeral coffee, the cake and the sandwiches were great and the soup too. I advertised with my friends

Was a guest on a Tuesday evening and the Alm was very busy, which surprised me for a Tuesday evening. It was my first visit. The staff intercepted us right at the door and directed us to the seat. Very friendly staff !! We ordered the Black Angus burger and the rib eye steak (300gr). The burger was delicious but the fries weren't quite as cross as I wanted them to be. But !! The steak was PERFECTLY cooked to the point medium. Really good job in the kitchen. The open kitchen speaks for itself and I think it's good to see. (Nothing to hide :-). ) Very nicely decorated. Toilets clean and tidy. Despite the fact that the fries didn't really taste good to me, 5 stars, I attribute that to the number of guests and for the stress factor it was very good. Gladly again

Quaint atmosphere and delicious food. The service was friendly, but the drinks order was a bit bumpy. Still very recommendable!

On September 5th, 2020, I was with my two sons in the village of Alm at 7pm. The house was well attended, the parking lot was used up to the last space. Despite the many guests, only we waited 15 minutes for our meal. Kudos to the kitchen and the obviously structured way of working. A successful evening. Thank you, we'll be back! ?

Great place. Highly recommended with children. Children's playroom. Food is really great. We will definitely come back.

Always happy to be directly on the B55, so very easy and quick to reach, delicious food, play barn (also for children's birthday parties), playground, free parking spaces in front of the door, beautiful alpine atmosphere, campaign weeks ... breakfast buffet, selection of cakes (also for Take away), lunch, all day until evening. Occasionally the staff could be a bit friendlier.

We were there today with the whole family. The atmosphere is great, children can run around and play. The food was excellent too. Very friendly staff. Drinks and food came quickly. We will be back definitely !!

Friendly and attentive staff. Food was delicious and the portions also fit. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Ate there 3 times but always sat outside when the weather was nice. Also totally good.

Great restaurant with Haksen in Germany. I have been Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, but this Haksen is most delicious one i had.

White sausage was delicious, so was the sauerkraut and pork steak

Although there was no English menu unlike other restaurants in the area, I would highly recommend this restaurant, service was impeccable, food portions were large, food quality was excellent and the staff took time out to discuss and translate the menu even recomending the small portion for the small appetite
